We retain personal and application data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations,
resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Audience analytics images are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
Device logs are retained for up to 90 days for troubleshooting and security purposes.
Application configuration data is retained while the customer account remains active.
Users may request deletion of their data as described below.

3. Location Information
Certain JBMatrix applications may request access to the device's location, including precise or approximate location, depending on the features used.
Location information may be collected and processed only after obtaining the user's permission and is used solely for authorized business purposes such as:
* Employee attendance verification using geofencing.
* Field employee visit tracking.
* Sales representative route monitoring.
* Delivery tracking.
* Service engineer visit verification.
* Customer visit validation.
* Asset or workforce management.
* Security and fraud prevention.
Location information is collected only while the relevant application features are being used or when background location access has been explicitly granted by the user for business functions that require continuous location monitoring.
We do not sell, rent, or share location information with third parties for advertising purposes. Location data is shared only with authorized customer organizations using our services and with trusted service providers where necessary to operate the application.

Camera and Photo Data

The application uses the device camera solely to capture images for audience face-recognition analytics. The purpose of capturing these images is
to estimate audience presence and engagement so that relevant digital signage content can be displayed.
The captured images are securely transmitted to servers for processing. The images are not used to identify individuals, are not sold, and are
not shared with third parties for advertising, marketing, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
Captured images are retained for 30 days (or replace this with your actual retention period) after which they are automatically and permanently deleted
from our servers unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law.
The camera is used only while the application is actively performing audience analytics. No background recording or continuous surveillance is performed
beyond the application's intended functionality.
5. Privacy Notice
This section applies exclusively to the Screenzy application.
The Screenzy application:
Uses the device camera solely for audience analytics.
Does not collect biometric identifiers for personal identification.
Does not use captured images for advertising.
Does not sell user data.
Does not use captured images for facial recognition of known individuals.
Uses captured images only to measure audience engagement for digital signage.
Automatically deletes images after the defined retention period.
